To assemble a pipe system you should use a grid size equal to 5:
Type Parameter - Simple, Corner, Branch, and Valve:
Different “Target Length”(cm) parameter values:
“Material Type” parameter:
You can also overwrite the material if you want, using the “Overwrite Material” parameter.
Pipe Support Posts:
You have different options to add/remove a support post. You can use the following 3 buttons:
Example “Enable All”:
Example: “Enable Only Odd” and “Enable Only Even”:
Or you can select each support post if it will be added:
Add Pipes Category can help you to extend the pipe system easily adding a new blueprint Pipe at the end of the selected one.
Example of adding a new Left Corner by pressing the “2 Corner Left” button:
Then, after you select the last added pipe, you can press on “1 Simple” Button to add a new simple pipe
Snap category:
The blueprint actor will snap automatically when you move/rotate it in the scene.
You can press on the bottom arrow to see the advanced snap settings such as “Snap Location Unit Grid”, “Snap Location Height Grid” (on Y), and “Snap Rotation Degrees”:
