This pack includes a range of high-quality 3D models, such as modular building pieces, props, roads, trash, sidewalks, road signs, and more. All of these models are designed to be used in creating a realistic city environment.
For every modular building piece, there is a corresponding piece with an interior part. This version of the piece has the same name as the original, but with the suffix, "_INT" added to the end. This interior version has a transparent material for the glass.
For example, if you have a modular piece building called "SM_BR10_Windows_L3T1_Piece", then you'll find a piece called "SM_BR10_Windows_L3T1_Piece_INT"
The pack includes a large collection of materials/decals designed to give your game the perfect look and feel. All materials are easily customizable, allowing you to create unique looks for your game.

The pack contains a variety of decals to add more detail, realism, and variation to your scene:
You can easily place decals by dragging and dropping the material instances into the desired location of your scene. Once the decals are in place, you can freely adjust their scale and orientation to fit your needs.
