Time Color Change Phase - You can set the timer to control how long each cycle stays on (on red light and green) before automatically transitioning. This allows for flexible use in different traffic flow scenarios. It controls the timer color change cycle from red to green light and vice versa.

Emergency Mode - This will activate emergency mode for the traffic lights, resulting in a blinking yellow light.

Traffic Light Not Working - It will disable the emissive of the traffic light material simulating a malfunction or power outage.
