Materials

The pack features high-quality materials with a range of customizable parameters to adjust their appearance. It’s simple to create color variations for any material, and you can also add dirt to bring out extra realism.

Some materials in this pack utilize world position offset to simulate realistic wind effects. (awnings, hot dog stand umbrella, foliage, and more)

It contains a variety of materials such: as an advanced fake interior material featuring emissive lighting and curtains randomized per mesh or asphalt/sidewalk materials with a non-repetitive puddles pattern.

Static Meshes

This pack includes well-optimized collision features for its models, ensuring both accuracy and performance.

The pivots for the models in this pack are strategically placed in logical positions (typically at the center bottom of the model). Additionally, the modular models have their pivots accurately positioned to ensure smooth and seamless assembly on a 50cm grid.

The meshes in this pack are carefully scaled relative to each other, ensuring consistent proportions.

Map Dimensions

The map featured in the presentation images and videos is included in the pack. It spans approximately 0.5 km by 0.5 km, offering a compact yet densely detailed environment. The map showcases impressive verticality with tall buildings, capturing the essence of a bustling urban scenario inspired by New York City.
